e1 september round up
Summer is unfortunately drawing to a close. The days of picnics, pub gardens and hazy sunny days are almost over, but don’t worry: our September shows are packed to the brim with a stunning electronic music schedule. One that encourages early starts, late finishes, and all-night-long dancing. So strap in, because E1’s clubbing calendar is just getting started.
A diverse and varied selection of lineups presents itself in September, perfect for fans of all genres. Those of us who lean towards the melodic ends of house and techno will be in for an exceptional showcase on September 20th, as recent Afterlife inductees Adriatique perform all-night long-in our warehouse, while Diynamic regular Stimming brings his stunningly-immersive live set to our Black Studio. Nick Castle, Eelke Kleijn, and Fluida round things off, for a soundtrack of moving, melodic groove.
There is no rest for the wicked, as the day after sees London’s renowned party-starters Fuse bring their dub-flecked, minimal sound to our warehouse. Head honcho Enzo Siragusa will be going back-to-back with one-third of Apollonia Shonky, a performance that hasn’t been seen before, while Fuse resident Rossko and rising upstart Casey Spillman complete the billing in fine form. Minimal heads: September 21st is for you.
We continue as we mean to go on, welcoming Sci + Tec boss and Grammy Award winner Dubfire on the 27th for a rare London show, as he performs an extended set in our warehouse. Our resident, Janina, will be warming things up, while two of Napoli’s finest, Markantonio and Roberto Capuano complete the billing in our Black Studio. No-holds-barred techno is to be expected.
The daytime of the 28th sees Lovejuice bring their esteemed Street Carnival to our outdoor space, before the sun sets and The Disco Express takeover our Black Studio for a right ole’ boogie with Tiger and Woods, Fouk and COEO. Krankbrother will be leading proceedings in the warehouse, as Peter Van Hoesen and Marco Shuttle provide their deep techno sound, alongside live performances from Varg and Vril. Expect Dubby techno action from some of the genres greatest exponents.
